Roberts and Wendt Animal Hospital is hiring a veterinary receptionist! Position details include:

Role: Veterinary Receptionist

Status: Part-time

Salary: Negotiable and based on experience

Hospital Hours: 3 days per week with rotating Saturday shifts, 8 am - 1 pm

What you'll do:

• Welcome clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and support daily front desk operations
• Communicate effectively with clients and veterinary team members
• Maintain accurate client and patient records
• Support hospital workflow while delivering exceptional client service
• Help create a positive and welcoming experience for every client and patient
• Assist with additional responsibilities and cross-training opportunities as needed
