Our banquet team is looking for a courteous and attentive server who can provide our guests a great experience at special events. Our banquet servers are responsible for serving food and beverages to guests, clearing plates and silverware, and ensuring any special guest needs are met.

This position requires a team-first approach since you'll be working closely with other servers, banquet captains, and kitchen staff to ensure the event runs smoothly. $18 hourly

• Follow all food and safety guidelines as well as ensure that the entire team is adhering to the same food handling standards
• Deliver and serve appetizers, main courses, condiments, desserts, and other side dishes, as well as drinks to guests
• Refill the guests' glasses as necessary or requested with coffee, water, or other drinks
• Remove plates, replacing utensils, and keeping an eye out for spills or any special needs from guests
• Ensure that you meet the needs and provide outstanding service for our guests for the entirety of any event

• Welcome guests with a warm, genuine smile, setting a positive tone for their visit.
• Ensure the dining area is impeccably prepared and inviting before guests arrive.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and address guest needs promptly.
• Assist in managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimize guest flow.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.
• Support fellow hosts and servers during peak times to maintain service excellence.

• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills
• Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification
• Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience
• Food service industry experience is highly desired
• Display superior communication and interpersonal skills interacting with guests and coworkers
