Our organization is a physician-led, accountable multispecialty group practice with over 650 providers, currently looking for a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join our Kuna Clinic. Situated in a rapidly growing suburb of Boise, our team is committed to delivering comprehensive care for patients across all stages of life, from birth to end of life. Please note that this role does not involve obstetric care or inpatient responsibilities. The work schedule follows a traditional clinic model, Monday through Friday, with up to 34 hours of patient interaction and flexible working hours. Call responsibilities are shared with other Family Medicine physicians at an approximate ratio of 1:35, and it is primarily phone-based with a triage service.

We leverage EPIC EHR and DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool, to streamline your daily operations and enhance patient care. You will have dedicated Medical Assistants, team nurses, population health support, and referral resources at your disposal.

Additional services available at this location include Urgent Care, along with on-site digital x-ray and laboratory facilities.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
• Completion of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency program
• Board certification or the ability to obtain certification within three years of employment
• Eligibility for Idaho medical licensure to practice in all aspects of medicine
• Valid registration for controlled substances with the Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA
