Description: Orientation is bi-weekly. Upcoming start dates: 10/12, 10/26. Facility has 154 beds. Specialties include orthopedics, spine services, cardiology, general surgery, women's care, emergency department, and behavioral health. The facility is accredited as a Chest Pain Center. The unit consists of 12 beds. Patient ratios are 2:1. Common diagnoses include sepsis, COPD exacerbation, hypotension urgency, and hypertension urgency. The role requires the ability to occasionally float to a progressive care unit. Required education is an associate degree. Scrubs must be navy in color. Excessive piercings or unusual hair colors are not acceptable.
