Our client is seeking dependable and skilled Electrician Assemblers to join their manufacturing team in Morrilton, AR. The Electrician Assemblers will play a key role in supporting production by installing, maintaining, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems used in HVAC unit manufacturing. This position requires a strong understanding of electrical components, schematics, and safety procedures, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


The Electrician Assemblers will collaborate closely with engineering, maintenance, and production teams to ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely. Attention to detail and the ability to follow technical instructions are critical for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

• Install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain electrical systems and components
• Pull wire, run conduit, and install electrical components as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, diagrams, and manuals
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following company policies and safety standards
• Monitor inventory levels of electrical parts and supplies and communicate needs
• Perform electrical troubleshooting and repairs as necessary
• Assist in other departments or tasks as needed
• Report equipment defects or issues to supervisors promptly
• Follow standard operating procedures and job safety guidelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of industrial electrical experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety practices
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and schematics accurately
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Willingness to work overtime as required
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Must follow instructions and adapt to changing work environments
• Steel or composite toe work shoes required

Working Conditions:
The Electrician Assemblers will work in a manufacturing setting with exposure to varying temperatures, noise, and industrial equipment. This role is physically demanding and requires standing, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
