Data Analyst (Tableau, SQL)

Requirements We require advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL, with hands‑on experience creating dashboards, reports, and data models. Responsibilities We develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau and Power BI. We extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL and enterprise data sources. We convert complex datasets into clear, business‑ready insights for leadership and stakeholders. We partner with finance, operations, and clinical teams to surface trends, risks, and opportunities. We maintain accuracy, consistency, and integrity across our reporting outputs. We support ad hoc analysis, executive presentations, and KPI monitoring. We identify ways to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and improve data accessibility. We take on additional duties as needed to support our analytics and reporting needs.
