Inventory Control Coordinator

*This position is located in St. Joseph, DC* What you will do Inventory Control Coordinator reports to the Production Control Manager, part of the Manufacturing Operations business unit. This role is located onsite in the plant. Perform daily cycle counts of production components and inventory locations to ensure inventory accuracy. Investigate inventory discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement or recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with Receiving, Operations, Offsite Warehouse, and Suppliers to ensure accurate and timely material transactions. Perform receiving functions and tracking of inbound inventory. Perform inventory reconciliations and resolve inventory variances in a timely manner. What we look for Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify trends and determine root causes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to become certified and safely operate a scissor lift as required. Preferred Previous experience in Inventory Control, Material Analysis, Production Control, Warehouse Operations, or a related field. Experience performing cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and inventory accuracy improvement initiatives. Knowledge of inventory control best practices, material flow processes, and continuous improvement methodologies.
