Critical Care Float Pool - Travel Registered Nurse - $2360 per week.

Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is required.

• Trauma Level 1 experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Pennsylvania license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Symmetry Workforce Solutions - Jefferson Health Program.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:
Anticoagulation Management.
Must have diverse experience.
Experience from a large teaching facility, not LTACH or critical access hospital.
Teaching hospital experience is required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
Shock Management.
Previous Charge Experience: Preferred.

Unit Details:
Adult and geriatric patient population.
Floats across 7 ICUs at Cedar Crest, including MICU/SICU, open heart, cardiac, trauma/neuro, neuroscience, and burn units.
ICU ratio 1-2 or 3 and MS and LLM ratio up to 4.
Various anticoagulation protocols per unit/diagnosis.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend.

Floating Requirements:
Will be required to float to all Critical Care Units and may float to MS or Low Level Monitoring if needed; may take up to 4 patients.
