National Grocery Retailer Store Reinvestment and Construction Portfolio LeaderLead a national grocery retailer's store reinvestment and construction portfolio. As a strategic partner embedded with one of the nation's leading grocery brands, you'll oversee multi-site capital programs, store remodels, and optimization initiatives across the U.S. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to senior client leadership while leading project teams responsible for planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery.Location: Remote based, with 30% to 40% travel to client meetings and project sites nationwide.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Lead multi-site retail and grocery construction programs from planning through executionPartner with senior client stakeholders to establish program strategy, budgets, schedules, and prioritiesOversee financial performance, forecasting, contract administration, and risk managementManage and develop project teams while driving accountability and execution excellenceBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendorsIdentify opportunities to improve program performance and expand client partnershipsQualifications:15+ years of construction, program management, or project leadership experienceProven success leading large-scale, multi-site retail, grocery, big-box, fuel/convenience, or similar construction programsExperience managing project portfolios, budgets, forecasting, and contract negotiationsStrong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholdersExperience leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environmentsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredWhy Join SevanAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
