BUSSER (FULL TIME)

Job Summary Full‑time Bussers needed at Mosaic Restaurant, Princeton University Art Museum. Location: 45 Elm Drive, Princeton, NJ. Shift: Thursday–Monday day shift, occasional evening shift. No prior experience required; training provided. Pay: $10.00 per hour plus tips. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare tables for resetting. Maintain stock and cleanliness of service stations with silverware, linens, and condiments; wipe down booths, chairs, and floors as needed. Serve guests beverages, breads, butter, and replenish as necessary; assist servers with food and beverage service. Transport all dirty tableware to the dishwashing area. Perform general cleaning tasks with standard cleaning products as assigned. Fold napkins throughout the day to keep supply adequate. Perform side work such as replenishing condiments, restocking side stands, and handling special guest requests. Respond to additional duties assigned by supervisor.
