Job Summary:

Performs cardiac ultrasound evaluations.
Communicates acute findings to the Cardiologist and routes studies for interpretation.
Obtains pertinent patient health history prior to examinations.
Prepares procedure rooms and equipment for daily use.
Ensures timely and efficient room preparation between procedures.
Troubleshoots equipment issues and reports problems to the appropriate supervisor.
May provide staff training and education.

Required Skills & Experience:

No prior experience required unless otherwise stipulated by the Unit Leader.
