Medical Assistant Acute Care Travel
Embark on an exciting travel-ready Medical Assistant role in a fast-paced urgent care setting, where you'll partner with a dynamic clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care and hands-on support. You'll perform essential clinical tasks such as blood draws, vital signs, IV placement, splinting, workers' compensation services, and pre-employment physicals, along with processing drug screens, all while adapting to a variety of patient needs. Ideal candidates have roughly 2 to 3 years of experience in urgent care, ED, or medical office environments, hold a current BLS certification, and possess a high school diploma or GED; this role offers a temp-to-perm path and may require travel to another clinic as needed. You'll be supported by a dedicated onboarding and coordination team that fosters professional growth, provides ongoing training, and maintains a collaborative culture across multiple sites.
