Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical health, identifying needs based on injury, disease, or post-surgery recovery. Create tailored treatment plans incorporating methods such as therapeutic exercises, stretching, hands-on therapy techniques, and the use of advanced rehabilitation equipment. Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, updating treatment goals based on continuous assessments. Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment protocols and the effective use of assistive devices to promote self-care and mobility. Adhere to the highest professional standards by participating in ongoing education, workshops, and networking opportunities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patients range from children recovering from sports injuries to adults rehabilitating from surgeries or chronic conditions. You will work closely with individuals facing diverse challenges, which allows you to implement creative strategies to help them reach their maximum physical potential. This role is integral in guiding patients towards improved health outcomes and enhanced quality of life. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. Current state licensure in Physical Therapy is required, with a strong preference for candidates licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT). Superior written and verbal communication skills, augmented by proficiency in computer applications and word processing. A commitment to continuous professional development, including a current CPR Certificate. Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced working environment. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a physical therapy setting。 Demonstrated success in developing individualized treatment plans that achieve measurable patient outcomes. Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities and techniques is advantageous.
