Position Overview

Step into a vibrant and expanding physician practice that operates between Barrington and Crystal Lake. The team comprises:

• Full-Time OB/GYNs
• Zero-Hour OB/GYNs
• Full-Time OB Hospitalists

Key details include:

• On-call rotation of 1:4
• Support and mentorship from experienced OB/GYN colleagues within a large, physician-led medical group
• Deliveries at Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital, a 176-bed Level 2 trauma center in the northwest suburbs of Chicago
• Annual deliveries: 1,095 at the New Life Maternity Center
• 24/7 in-house OB coverage
• In-office ultrasound and procedures, including colposcopies, LEEP procedures, and IUD placements
• Dedicated operating room time
• A robust support team, including Advanced Practice Clinicians, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurses, and Surgery Schedulers
• Access to DAX Copilot, an AI-driven clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, enhancing clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review and editing
• A commitment to providing safe and equitable care for all patients

Compensation and Benefits

This role includes a generous sign-on bonus of $25,000 and student loan forgiveness of up to $90,000. The salary for this position is set at $400,100.
