Crop Insurance Farm Management

gpac, a recruitment company since 1990, is partnered with a well-established agricultural bank with a crop insurance department in the ag banking industry. We are currently seeking a talented individual for the position of Crop Insurance Farm Management. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to further their career in crop insurance sales within a reputable company in the agricultural industry.

Position responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the agriculture sector
Provide expert advice on crop insurance options and coverage
Conduct risk assessments and analysis for individual farming operations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of insurance policies
Stay current on industry trends and regulations related to crop insurance

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in crop insurance sales
Strong knowledge of ag banking and farm management practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
