Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Requirements & Qualifications Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Detail‑oriented with a focus on customer experience. Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.
