Pay: $35 – $40/hr This position is ONSITE in Marysville, OH must be able to commute to Marysville, OH Travel required to support college recruiting activities, career fairs, campus events, and hiring initiatives both in-state and out-of-state. Average of 2-3 recruiting trips during the fall, 2-3 trips during the spring, and 1-2 trips during the summer. Why you should apply to be a College Recruiter? What’s a typical day as a College Recruiter? You’ll be: Managing the full-cycle recruiting process for co-op, internship, and entry-level hiring needs across multiple business areas. Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for recurring co-op, internship, and entry-level positions. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in college, university, internship, co-op, or entry-level recruiting programs. Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or possess equivalent professional experience.
