Red River Family Clinic is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and team-oriented Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) to join our growing primary care clinic in Victoria, Texas. We are a fast-paced, family-oriented clinic focused on providing high-quality, personalized care to patients of all ages in a welcoming environment. Our clinic offers a wide variety of services including primary care, wellness visits, chronic disease management, weight loss programs, hormone replacement therapy, IV therapy, sports physicals, ultrasounds, at-home sleep studies, and preventive care services. We pride ourselves on creating strong patient relationships while delivering efficient, modern healthcare. Provide comprehensive primary care services for pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Perform wellness exams, preventive screenings, and chronic care follow-ups Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient needs Educate patients on health maintenance, lifestyle modifications, and disease prevention Accurately document patient encounters using electronic medical records (EMR) Collaborate with providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff to ensure quality patient care Participate in ancillary service offerings including weight loss management, HRT, and wellness services as appropriate Maintain professionalism, compassion, and excellent bedside manner with patients and staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
