Job OpportunityPurpose: We are seeking a hard-working, self-motivated individual to join our team at Mixed Employment Partners. Our goal is to foster a collaborative and diverse workforce where dedication and initiative drive excellence in achieving our organizational objectives As a Mortgage Banker, you will be responsible for originating and processing residential mortgage loans. This position requires expertise in home financing solutions, regulatory compliance, and strong networking skills to generate leads and build relationships within the community.Key Responsibilities:Develop relationships with clients, real estate agents, and referral partnersEducate clients on mortgage options and assist them through the loan processMeet and exceed loan production goalsRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lendingStrong knowledge of residential mortgage products and regulationsExcellent sales and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and manage a loan pipelineBachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field preferredMortgage Lending Experience Preferred
