Job Description

Join a dedicated healthcare team in a vibrant community that offers a unique blend of outdoor activities, arts, and history. Located in Northeastern Nevada, this role involves providing quality healthcare services in a facility that is accredited by the Joint Commission. You'll be part of an area renowned for its natural beauty and cultural events.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care according to established protocols.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive healthcare delivery.
Maintain patient records and document care provided.
Participate in community health initiatives and outreach programs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid state licensure and relevant certifications in the healthcare field are required.
