Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain high‑performance, secure SaaS web applications. Collaborate efficiently with software engineers, QA, and product owners in a Scrum team. Translate user stories into clean, well‑documented code and technical specifications. Mentor teammates and promote best practices in coding, security, and development processes. Participate in on‑call rotation (every 3–4 months) and release deployments to support platform reliability. Occasional off‑site travel (up to 15%) for company events, workshops, and conferences. Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience building web applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core and RESTful services. Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, T‑SQL, and performance tuning. Hands‑on experience with Azure cloud services, Kubernetes, and microservices architecture. Proficiency with .NET 8.0+, ASP.NET Web API, LINQ, Dapper, test‑driven development, and real‑time financial systems. Background in business modeling using UML and use cases. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred). Hybrid work model: 25% in Boston office with remote work available.
