Registered Behavior Technician

What You'll Do Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation Teach communication, social, daily living, play, and behavioral skills Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members Participate in training, supervision, and ongoing professional development Help create a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for clients Qualifications Required: Current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB High school diploma or equivalent Reliable transportation Ability to pass background screening requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred: Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities CPR/First Aid certification Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Special Education, ABA, or a related field What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Consistent clinic-based schedule Ongoing BCBA supervision and support Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Positive team culture that values collaboration and work-life balance Paid training opportunities Employee recognition and incentive programs Why Praxis?
