Capital One is on a journey to build an in-house, next-generation Card. Within the Data Consumption vertical, our Data Products team is completely rethinking how data is onboarded and utilized at scale. We are looking for a Product Manager who can balance big-picture architecture with immediate execution. While we build toward a robust, self-service future state, your primary mission in the short term will be acting as the strategic bridge for our users and building real time and batch data assets using data product principles. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.McLean, VA: $164,800 - $188,100 for Manager, Product ManagementNew York, NY: $179,700 - $205,100 for Manager, Product ManagementRichmond, VA: $149,800 - $171,000 for Manager, Product ManagementCandidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter.This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
