Commissions Accounting Manager | Lead & Optimize Agent Payments

Integrity

American Senior Benefits, an Integrity company, seeks a Commissions Accounting Manager to oversee a team of 10-15 analysts. You will review, reconcile, and input commission statements, ensure accurate and timely agent payments, and generate reports from the Agency Management System. You will lead and coach the commissions team, improve procedures, perform complex financial transactions, and coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve payment issues, maintaining high accuracy and service levels. #J-18808-Ljbffr Integrity
