Tax Equity Fund Accounting Lead

Base is building a distributed battery-based energy platform in the United States. This role owns fund-level accounting and financial reporting for tax equity funds, shaping the chart of accounts, close procedures, and reconciliations across multiple entities. You’ll partner with asset management, capital markets, and tax counsel as new funds are structured. The position requires 3–6+ years in fund/partnership accounting, strong Excel, NetSuite, and BigQuery skills, and a track record of #J-18808-Ljbffr base-power
