Job Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, conduct follow-ups, and manage client profiles.
- Project Planning: Understand client needs, collaborate with design teams, and coordinate with construction for smooth project implementation.
- Progress Monitoring: Develop schedules, communicate updates with clients, and ensure timely, quality project completion.
- Complaint Handling: Resolve client complaints, analyze root causes, and ensure satisfaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, analyze competitors, and contribute to market strategies.
