Responsibilities Provide total, patient‑centered care for medically complex pediatric patients in their homes. Manage respiratory support, including trach and ventilator care, and administer medications via IV, TPN, and T/V. Ensure safe mobility assistance, daily repositioning, and assist with feeding and hygiene. Follow individual plans of care and collaborate closely with other clinical and administrative team members. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care delivered and patient responses. Requirements Active Florida RN or LPN license. Pediatric or home health experience preferred. Comfort with total care, mobility assistance, and respiratory support. Ability to follow the plan of care and work collaboratively. Reliable, compassionate, and patient‑focused attitude.
