Location: Grand Rapids & Lowell, MI
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $42,000–$75,000+ per year (Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Performance Bonuses)

What You'll Do

As a Canvasser / Field Marketing Representative , you'll represent All Weather Seal by meeting homeowners in local neighborhoods and introducing them to our products and services.

Responsibilities include :

• Engage with homeowners through face-to-face conversations
• Build rapport and create positive first impressions
• Conduct brief home assessments to identify homeowner needs
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations
• Accurately document customer information using company tools
• Represent the company professionally in the community
• Work closely with your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development
