Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best suit their needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Honda models, features, and promotions.
- Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and returning customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt within a team environment.
