Job Description
As a Block Maker, you’ll play a vital role in our ceramic core production process by forming and loading support blocks used in high-heat furnace operations. This is a physically demanding role in a production environment that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
• Build ceramic support blocks used in core production
• Load blocks onto furnace cars for processing
• Perform heavy lifting and manual material handling throughout shift
• Maintain a clean and safe work area despite dirty working conditions
• Follow production guidelines and meet daily output requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and repetitive motion tasks
• Comfortable working in a dirty and physically demanding environment
• Team-oriented with a reliable attendance record
• Previous industrial or manufacturing experience is a plus
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

The base salary for this position is $20.10/hr. (train on 1st for $18),, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
