Position Overview The Sales Coordinator is a bilingual (Spanish/English), detail-driven professional who supports sales, manages order flow, coordinates service, and delivers an exceptional customer experience. This is a high-impact role at the center of our operation, ensuring accuracy, speed, and professionalism across every customer interaction. Core Responsibilities Support the sales team with quotes, order entry, and follow-ups Ensure accurate and timely order processing Manage customer orders from entry through fulfillment Deliver top-tier service via phone, email, and in-person interactions Provide knowledgeable guidance on products, pricing, and availability Resolve customer issues related to orders, returns, and service 3. Service & Warranty Coordination Coordinate service calls and warranty requests Track and follow up to ensure timely resolution 4. Customer Account Management Maintain customer accounts, pricing, and reorder guides Support customer growth through organized and accurate data 5.
