Network Voice EngineerWe are seeking a Network Voice Engineer to join our growing IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and troubleshooting enterprise voice and unified communications systems. This role focuses on VoIP infrastructure, call control platforms, gateways, SBCs, and integration with the data network to ensure high availability, call quality, and security. If you're a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with cutting-edge collaboration technologies, we'd love to hear from you.Position Responsibilities:Design, deploy, and support VoIP and Unified Communications solutions (on-prem, cloud, or hybrid)Manage and maintain call control platforms (e.g., Cisco CUCM, Cisco Webex Calling, Microsoft Teams Voice)Configure and support voice gateways, SBCs, SIP trunks, and PSTN connectivityMonitor voice quality and performance (latency, jitter, packet loss, MOS)Troubleshoot complex voice and network issues across LAN/WAN/Wi-FiImplement QoS, VLANs, and network policies to ensure voice traffic prioritizationIntegrate voice systems with network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)Perform upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtimeEnsure high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery for voice servicesMaintain documentation, diagrams, and operational proceduresCollaborate with network, security, and application teamsProvide Tier 2/3 support and on-call escalation as needed
