Overview Integrity Restaurant Group is hiring for Zaxby’s franchise locations. The role is full-time or part-time, on-site. Position Cashiers are the first point of contact for guests and are responsible for delivering a great experience. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep the dining room and other guest areas clean, and provide excellent service by following standard operating procedures with a sense of urgency. Job Qualifications Must be 15 years of age or older. Must bring a bright and energetic approach to work. Maintain a mindset of constant improvement and be eager to learn. Capabilities and Responsibilities In-house digital and hands-on training. Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests. Promptly greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave. Must be able to perform all physical requirements of the role. Explain menu items, answer questions, and suggest additional items. Accurately complete orders and guest transactions; accept payments; operate cash registers. Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment. Assist with inventory management by receiving and stocking incoming deliveries. Clean and maintain guest areas including dining room, counters, bathrooms, and building exterior. Maintain equipment and inform management of maintenance needs. Stock paper goods, condiments, serveware, and beverages. Accurately complete, package, and present guest orders.
