Advanced Practice Provider Position
We are in need of an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) including either a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in Waterbury, CT. Our main focus is on prioritizing quality care and exceptional customer service. We also strive to provide treatment on-site whenever possible to minimize unnecessary hospital admissions.
Requirements and Responsibilities
- All applicants must possess a valid nursing license in CT or a PA license.
- While previous experience in a SNF setting is preferred, it is not mandatory.
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to all patients in a courteous and professional manner.
- The Nurse Practitioner will carry out therapeutic procedures such as administering injections, suturing, and managing infections.
- Providing patients with educational information on therapeutic regimens and normal growth and development.
Benefits and Salary
- Competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $150,000 per year.
- Bonus plan based on RVUs.
- Comprehensive benefits package including Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, HSA/FSA options, 4 weeks of paid time off, $1500 for Continuing Medical Education (CME), Malpractice insurance, and 401k retirement plan.
