Trillium is hiring an experienced CNC Machinist to join a team specializing in engineered pump repair for the power generation industry.

Pay rate is $39–$50/hr., based on experience. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity!

What You'll Do - Set up and operate CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines - Machine, repair, and modify industrial pump components - Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints - Perform precision machining while maintaining tight tolerances - Troubleshoot setups, tooling, and machining challenges - Inspect finished work to ensure quality and specifications are met

What We're Looking For - 5+ years of CNC machining experience - Experience setting up and operating CNC vertical and horizontal mills - Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills - Solid setup experience - CAM programming experience is a plus - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality - Reliable work history and a strong work ethic
