Job Description

PMW Allscapes is seeking a Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Member to deliver reliable, high-quality landscaping care for residential and commercial properties.

Position Summary

As a Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Member, you’ll help maintain healthy, clean, and attractive outdoor spaces by performing routine lawn and landscape care tasks. You’ll work as part of a crew to complete daily assignments efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer expectations.

This is a full-time, onsite role in Panama City Beach, FL, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on outdoor work and take pride in delivering consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine lawn care and maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and basic landscaping upkeep.
Maintain irrigation and landscape areas as needed, ensuring properties remain tidy and well-cared for.
Assist with seasonal duties such as property cleanups and other assigned outdoor maintenance activities.
Operate and maintain equipment responsibly, following safety guidelines and best practices.
Support a positive customer-facing experience by keeping work areas neat and completing tasks as scheduled.

Required Qualifications

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and maintain a consistent work pace.
Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
Demonstrated reliability and willingness to follow directions and established procedures.
Basic knowledge of lawn care practices and safe equipment handling.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team in an onsite, crew-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance.
Familiarity with common maintenance processes for turf and landscaped areas.
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering clean, well-finished work.
Experience working with outdoor equipment and basic preventive maintenance habits.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different property needs and seasonal priorities.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $25.00
