Senior Wealth Advisor | Growing Wealth Management Practice I’m partnering with a highly respected national public accounting and advisory firm that is seeking an experienced Senior Wealth Advisor to join its growing Wealth Management practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a seasoned wealth management professional who enjoys advising high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, and family entities while working within the resources and collaborative environment of a leading professional services firm. Growing Wealth Management practice within a nationally recognized public accounting and advisory firm Opportunity to advise HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trusts, and family entities Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for key client relationships Work collaboratively with professionals across the firm to provide comprehensive solutions to clients Significant opportunity to expand and deepen existing client relationships Work closely with firm leadership and play an integral role in the continued growth of the practice Mentor and develop talented professionals Collaborative, relationship-driven culture with a strong emphasis on integrity and exceptional client service Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with HNW and UHNW clients Provide ongoing wealth planning, education, coaching, and strategic guidance Assist in the creation, delivery, and execution of complex financial plans Identify and develop new business opportunities through existing clients, referrals, networking, and centers of influence Build and manage a strong business development pipeline Develop and maintain meaningful COI relationships Mentor and develop team members Collaborate with firm leadership to execute strategic growth initiatives and enhance the client experience Ideal candidates will have: 10+ years of wealth management experience Strong experience working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients Proven success in business development and relationship management Strong financial planning and wealth advisory experience Ability to build, develop, maintain, and transition a book of business Experience mentoring and developing professionals Strong business acumen, emotional intelligence, and decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills CFP, CFA, CAIA, and/or CPWA designation preferred Alternative investment experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Search Masters, Inc.
