We're rapidly expanding across Michigan and Ohio and are looking for driven, values-based leaders to help shape our stores, culture, and guest experience.Role OverviewA leadership-driven culture that invests in YOUFast-paced, people-first environmentPaid training and skill-building opportunitiesFlexible scheduling with full or part-time optionsPerformance-based raises and incentiveWhat You'll Do:Lead and support the team during shiftsUphold Smoothie King standards in service, cleanliness, and product qualityOpen and/or close the store, including cash handling and checklistsManage labor, breaks, and shift flow efficientlyAddress guest issues with professionalism and careTrain, coach, and inspire team members dailyMonitor store performance and support KPI targetsRequirements:Must be at least 18 years oldPrevious leadership or keyholder experience (food service or retail preferred)Strong communication and team-building skillsHigh accountability, integrity, and a guest-first mindsetAvailable evenings, weekends, and up to 40 hours/weekPhysically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsWilling to work in cold environments (walk-in coolers/freezers)Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a part-time or full-time position. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays (as needed).
