This is a full-time, permanent position with steady work, competitive pay, and benefits starting on your first day.As part of an essential healthcare services company, you'll play an important role in transporting medical waste and sharps containers while delivering excellent service to healthcare customers.This position is offering a $3k sign-on bonus for new hires. $1k paid after 30 days of employment and $2k paid after 90 days of employment!What will your job involve?Operate Class A vehicles, including tractor-trailers up to 53 feetSafely transport medical waste and healthcare products between customer locations and company facilitiesFollow established regional routes while maintaining a high level of customer serviceComplete vehicle inspections and required DOT documentationCoordinate deliveries and pickups while communicating any route or service updatesSupport loading and unloading activities using proper safety procedures and equipmentBuild positive relationships with healthcare customers through professional and friendly serviceTravel throughout Colorado and various states, including occasional overnight trips as neededWhat are we looking for?Valid Class A license with a clean driving record and DOT medical cardExperience operating vehicles up to 53'Familiarity with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspectionsConfidence completing Level 1–3 DOT road checksStrong work ethic, reliability, and proven tenure with past employersCustomer-focused mindset with a flexible, can-do attitudeCommitment to safe driving and on-time delivery practicesAbility and willingness to travel on varying regional routes, including overnight stays when requiredWhy work for us?Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are a non-seasonal and stable businessOpportunities for overtimeConsistent work hours – M-F positionBenefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave from day one!!Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40+ hours per weekCompetitive salary – This position is offering a SET (non-negotiable) rate of $31 ($32 with hazmat endorsement) per hour with a $3k sign-on bonus!We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and regulated waste collections for hospitals and an array of customers within the healthcare industry.
