Hiring: Principal Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) – Data Engineering & GenAI
Location: Washington, DC Metro Area
Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week onsite
Experience: 12+ Years (Principal Level)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Forward Deployed Engineer with strong expertise in Python, Data Engineering, REST APIs, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will work directly with customers to understand business challenges, design technical solutions, and build and deploy production-ready applications.
Key Skills:
- Strong Python skills
- ETL/ELT, data pipelines, data modeling, and schema mapping
- REST API integration and backend development
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, and RAG
- AI workflow automation and production deployments
- Excellent customer-facing communication and problem-solving skills
