You will identify and address issues that may impact customer order fulfillment and fleet balance, ensuring smooth operations both in the yard and on-site.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist drivers at the Operations window and coordinate orders with yard personnel.Process and receive transfers from and to other locations.Prepare customs requests using Profield and Brand On-Line.Solicit and obtain freight quotations, arrange freight for transfers or vendor movement.Direct and respond to CSR inquiries regarding order fulfillment and status.Coordinate all driver movements daily and manage outsourced cartage when necessary.Create and fulfill stock transfer orders.Verify goods receipt and invoices in Profield.Manage material movement transactions related to assembly, disassembly, repair, and damage.RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED.5 years of related working experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong working capability with inventory management software and intermediate skills in Excel and Microsoft Word.Ability to read and interpret documents, write reports, and communicate effectively.Proficiency in basic mathematical skills and reasoning ability to handle dynamic situations.PreferencesExperience with Nextgen and Profield software.Familiarity with customs requests and freight management.Call to ActionIf you are organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take on a challenging role in a supportive environment, we want to hear from you!
