Janitorial Account Manager

Peak Workforce Solutions (Newbold) is seeking a Janitorial Manager for our client in Tulsa, OK who is a creative, energetic individual with a \"Whatever It Takes\" attitude in fulfilling their job duties. The Janitorial Account Manager is responsible for overseeing all cleaning and maintenance operations within a shopping mall environment. This role ensures high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction while managing janitorial staff, vendor relationships, and client expectations. Compensation And Benefits Salary: $56,000 per year Benefits Competitive base salary Company laptop and cell phone Paid vacation/holiday 401K with company match Health/Dental/Vision Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Employee Discount Program Management Oversee daily janitorial operations including interior and exterior cleaning, restrooms, food court areas, and common spaces Ensure compliance with cleaning schedules and quality standards Conduct regular inspections to maintain a clean, safe mall environment Staff Supervision Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial team members Monitor performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary actions when needed Ensure proper staffing levels for peak and off-peak hours Client Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for mall management and tenants Address concerns, complaints, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction Quality Control Implement and maintain cleaning standards and procedures Perform routine audits and inspections Ensure use of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals Safety & Compliance Ensure all staff follow OSHA and company safety policies Maintain proper documentation for safety, incidents, and compliance Conduct safety training and enforce safe work practices Budget & Inventory Management Manage labor costs, supplies, and equipment budgets Order and maintain inventory of cleaning products and equipment Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality Equipment Management Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning or maintenance services Ensure equipment is maintained, repaired, or replaced as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr Workforce Solutions
