Performance Testing Engineer Client: JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) Location: Columbus, OH - Polaris Office Interview: Virtual Visa: USC & GC only Job Type: Full-Time Pay Rate: $65/hr on W2 Job Overview JPMC is seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with strong experience in application performance testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with load, volume, and concurrency testing and be able to identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute performance test plans and scripts . Perform load, volume, stress, and concurrency testing to evaluate application performance. Utilize performance testing tools such as JMeter . Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Troubleshoot performance issues and provide recommendations for optimization. Collaborate closely with development, QA, and engineering teams to ensure application scalability, stability, and reliability. Document test results, performance findings, and recommendations. Required Experience & Skills Proven experience in application performance testing . Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices . Hands-on experience with: JMeter Load Testing Volume Testing Concurrency Testing Performance Monitoring & Analysis Ability to analyze performance metrics and identify application bottlenecks.
