Intake Coordinator - Full Time

Responsibilities Under the direction of the Director of Intake, the Intake Coordinator coordinates aspects of the intake/assessment process and provides direct patient care. Responsibilities include handling inquiry calls, processing referrals for possible admission, communicating with referral sources, families, patients and unit staff. Additional duties include insurance verification/pre‑certification, patient registration, patient observations, scheduling evaluations, admissions processing, bed board monitoring, and other duties as assigned by the intake leadership team.
