WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Day Shift: Monday - Friday

Here's what you'll do:

Receive incoming shipments, inspecting, and verifying their contents to purchase orders or invoices.
Unload and unpack materials or equipment.
Prepare outgoing shipments.
Prepare customer orders from items stocked in warehouse or on the store floor.
Conduct regular cycle counts to identify discrepancies and reconcile inventory records.
Assist in resolving order discrepancies or customer complaints related to product issues or shipping errors.

Job Requirements:

Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
Basic computer skills for accessing computer software systems to obtain product information.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Physical Capabilities Required:

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time.

Must have a sufficient visual acuity to determine accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work.
