Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 12 months of Pediatric Respiratory Unit experience with 1 month within the last 6 months.

• 3 months of Epic experience is required.

• Diploma completion required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a license (required after submission).

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.

• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience:
Minimum experience is 1 year in Level III or IV NICU.
First-time travelers are considered with 5 years total experience and 2 recent years in Level III or IV NICU.

Any RTO or special requests not included on your application will NOT be considered.
You can only have 1 active application for the same position (same unit & shift at the same facility). Example: if you apply for day shift, you can also apply for night shift on the same unit and facility, but you cannot apply for another day shift position on the same unit & facility.

Unit Details:
Patient types/common diagnoses include prematurity, RDS, chronic lung disease, and surgical patients.
Required respiratory equipment and modalities include oscillator, Bunnell Jet, Draeger, NOx Box INO, ABG (GEM), Bubble CPAP, and HHFNC.

Shift & Scheduling:
Every other weekend rotation; able to work more if desired.
No call.

14 days maximum time off

2 Manager references required from within the last 12 months
