Outside Sales Representative | Hydraulic & Industrial Hose

We are partnering with an established industry leader specializing in hydraulic and industrial hose products, fittings, and fluid conveyance solutions. This field-based sales role offers the opportunity to manage a well-developed Miami-Dade territory while driving new business growth and expanding existing customer relationships.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, strengthening partnerships with current customers, and serving as a trusted resource for hose and fluid power solutions. With a substantial existing account base and strong market demand, this position provides significant earning potential for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new prospects and grow existing accounts within the territory
• Build strong relationships to become a trusted supplier
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure strong service and execution
• Drive revenue growth within the territory

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of sales experience in hose, fluid power, or related industrial products
• Knowledge of hose applications, fittings, and related industries
• Experience calling on industrial, construction, or maintenance customers
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to operate independently in a field-based role
• Bilingual English/Spanish required

Territory & Travel:

• Miami-Dade County (field-based role)
• Travel is primarily local within the assigned territory

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary $65K–$75K + uncapped commission
• Car allowance, company-provided tools, and full benefits
• Additional bonus incentives available
