Qualifications A high‑energy individual who loves to play, is silly, and thinks corn isn’t cringe. A warm friend and team player who follows through and gives 100 %. Reliable and communicative; ghosting not allowed. A genuine love for young children – from babies to upper elementary ages. Ability to work 25+ hours per week, of which 20 hours per month on weekends. Commitment to training hard and taking direction well/easily. Stage presence – comfortable performing in front of a group. Willingness to clean; cleaning is a core part of the job. Effective leadership and motivational skills. A background in dance, sports, theatre, or fitness is a huge plus. Benefits & Compensation Base pay starts at $12 per hour; average trained staff earns $15–18 per hour. Upward mobility – promotion from within. Tips from families on weekends.
