Job Description

Delivery Driver / Inventory Associate

Pay: $18.00/hour starting | $20.00/hour after 90 days

Schedule: Full-Time

Mileage Reimbursement: $0.72/mile when using personal vehicle

GL Staffing is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver / Inventory Associate for a growing Orlando-area company servicing major entertainment and hospitality customers.

This is a unique position combining local delivery driving and on-site inventory work . The ideal candidate should have a clean driving record, reliable personal transportation, and be comfortable working independently at customer locations.

Job Responsibilities

Approximately 3 days per week , drive your personal vehicle to customer locations, typically in the Disney and Universal areas
Perform on-site inventory counts and product scanning
Use a scanner/tablet to accurately track inventory
Approximately 2 days per week , operate a company-issued box truck or delivery van
Load, transport, and deliver merchandise to customer locations
Verify products and quantities during deliveries
Safely load and unload packages, typically weighing 25 lbs. or less
Communicate professionally with customers and company management
Maintain accurate delivery and inventory records

Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Reliable personal vehicle for travel to customer locations
Comfortable driving a company box truck and/or cargo van
Basic computer/tablet and scanning skills
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
Professional appearance and communication skills
Previous delivery, inventory, warehouse, or route-driving experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
Increase to $20.00/hour after 90 days
$0.72/mile mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for work-related travel
