About the Position

Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU Float Pool

Location

Gettysburg, PA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12 Hours (19:00–07:30) | Every Other Weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Float between ICU, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as assigned
• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced, multi-unit environment during night shift hours
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using EPIC electronic health records
• Provide care for a diverse patient population, which may include COVID-positive patients
• Adhere to all facility policies including tobacco-free and fragrance-free workplace requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license with no license hits
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience
• Current BLS certification through AHA or ARC only
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
• Ability to float to ICU, Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, and Rehabilitation units as needed

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience
• Strong clinical background in ICU or critical care settings
• Experience working in a float pool or multi-unit environment
